26-03 Sulfur Dioxide #19269

The intent of these specifications is to define the requirements for Sulfur Dioxide as a Source of Supply for the period of 12 months from award date.  All bids must be equal in performance and quality to the following specifications.

The City of Meridian will accept competitive sealed bids until 11:30 AM, Tuesday, December 2,2025 at City Hall, Purchasing, 601 23rd Avenue, Meridian, Mississippi 39301.  Electronic bids may be submitted in lieu of sealed bids at www.meridianmsbids.com.

Bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided, sealed in an envelope with the following plainly marked on the outside of the envelope:

1.  Company Name and Address
2.  Bid Name and Number
3.  Opening Date

When submitting more than one bid, each bid shall be in a separate envelope.  A single mailing envelope, containing each separate bid envelope, may be used.
