26-07 In-Place Asphalt and Cold Milling #19389

The City of Meridian will accept competitive sealed bids until 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 6th, 2026 at City Hall, 601 23rd Avenue, Meridian, Mississippi 39301.  All bids must be equal in performance and/or quality to the specifications.

If City Hall is closed for business at the time scheduled for bid opening, for whatever reason, sealed bids will be accepted and opened on the second business day of the City, at the originally scheduled hour.

Bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided, sealed in an envelope with the following plainly          marked on the outside of the envelope:

1.  Company Name and Address
2.  Bid Name and Number
3.  Opening Date
